Who is Light Squads for?
Light Squads is for anyone who senses a call to more than observation — the newly converted who wants to go immediately, the long-time believer who knows there is more, the leader who is ready to multiply, and the disciple who simply wants to be useful in the harvest. If you are in Christ and willing to take the next step, there is a place here for you.
Do I need prior experience in outreach or ministry to be part of this?
No. The Light Squads pathway is designed to meet you exactly where you are. You will not be handed a script and sent out alone. You will be formed, guided, and deployed alongside others who are learning the same things. Experience is built here — not required before you arrive.
I don't feel fully ready — can I still take part?
Yes. And if you are waiting until you feel fully ready, you may wait a long time. The disciples were not fully ready when they were sent. They were willing — and they were sent with others. That is the model. Come as you are. The pathway will do what it is designed to do.
What does involvement in Light Squads actually look like?
It looks like being part of a small team, engaged in consistent mission activity — literature distribution, personal outreach, community engagement, Bible studies, and prayer. You will be connected to a Lighthouse that anchors your team, provides training, and gives you a place to return to, debrief, and grow. The rhythm is sustainable, not overwhelming.
What kind of support and guidance will I receive?

If I miss something, will I still be able to access the teachings and resources?
Yes. The Mission Vault houses sermons, trainings, testimonies, field reports, and more — available when you need them, not only when they are first released. The goal is consistent growth, not perfect attendance.
Is there a cost to be involved?
There is an investment required to access the full Light Squads ecosystem — the training, the community, the Mission Vault, and the ongoing support structure.
